We are not big cauliflower fans, but we thought this was nice as far as cauliflower goes. :~) We just used regular breadcrumbs. We also microwaved the cauliflower with some water before sauteeing, but it came out somewhat overcooked, so we’ll probably skip that step next time.
Have now tried it with panko, too – not sure if it makes a difference. Didn’t microwave this time. After sauteeing the cauliflower for a few minutes, Alya became impatient, and added a bit of liquid and covered the pan with a lid to steam the cauliflower. It cooked very fast after that.
