- reduced butter to 1 Tbsp
- added corn starch (mixed w/ water) to thicken
- skipped parsley
- added ~ 1 lemon’s woth of zest (however much that is)
- kept pasta separate, so that a new batch of pasta can be made the next day
- double broth & wine (more sauce would be good)
- try it with broccoli?
Don’t be scared if garlic turns blue.
