Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Last time:

  • reduced butter to 1 Tbsp
  • added corn starch (mixed w/ water) to thicken
  • skipped parsley
  • added ~ 1 lemon’s woth of zest (however much that is)
  • kept pasta separate, so that a new batch of pasta can be made the next day

Next time:

  • double broth & wine (more sauce would be good)
  • try it with broccoli?

Don’t be scared if garlic turns blue.
