- 1 cup greek yogurt (trying to be more healthy!)
- 7 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
We tried making these as waffles, and they really didn’t work. They were too mushy(?), and tasted too eggy. So not really recommended in the form given above. The original recipe may be good for all we know.
